Do your kids or grandkids name something as "Gradpa whatever"?

My father used to wear a hat similar to this, whenever he was out in the sun. My oldest stepkid called that style a "Grandpa hat".

 

I drink seltzer. I offered Lobita some one day, and with a look of total disgust on her face she said, "Oh no. That's Grandpa water. It's nasty".

My oldest started calling me Granpa Cowboy when he started talking.  He's now 18 and he still does!

I frequently wear a 1941 vintage black Resistol.  A little girl t supermarket called it a "wahoo hat".

My grandsons friends call me “Street Gramps”. Apparently they consider me to be “street smart”.

When they were little, it was "Gwampa Linn."

When they were older it was "Grampa."
Now they never call.

(sigh)

Sure glad I made frequent visits to my grandfolks!
