My daddy used to use this one, so forgive the mild expletive.

You put his/her brains in a billy goat's head and he'd butt with his ass!!

If his brains were dynamite, he wouldn't have enough to blow his nose.

He ain't got the sense God gave a crowbar.

Then there are those wicked retorts by Winston Churchill.

Quote

Churchill was once accused by Bessie Braddock of being drunk, the exchange went something along the lines of:

Bessie: “Winston, you are drunk.“

Winston: “My dear, you are ugly, but tomorrow I shall be sober and you will still be ugly.“

Quote

Lady Nancy Astor: Winston, if I were married to you, I'd put poison in your coffee.
Churchill: Nancy, if I were your husband, I'd drink it.

If his/her brains was gasoline, there wouldn't be enough to run a pissant's motor scooter around a green pea!!

My Dad used to say "If we could see the brain in his head it would like a BB in a boxcar." about certain people that worked for him...for a short while.

My high school gym coach said of a young man, "If you rolled his brain down the edge of a razor blade it would look like a marble rolling down a six lane highway!"

Lady Astor once got the burn on him as well. Churchill asked her what disguise he should wear to a masquerade ball, and she replied "Why don't you come sober, Prime Minister? Nobody would recognize you!"
