His name is Stanislaus and he is the only one of the the notorious Sam brothers that didn't become an outlaw. His brothers are Inyo, King, Sequoia, Eldorado and most infamous of all Yosemite.

I think he's   Pistol Pete !!

That name is taken.  It's used by Oklahoma State and New Mexico State as the name of their mascot.    There was a lawsuit charging infringement.  I doubt SASS wants to step into that conflict.

How about SASS A Fras?

P.S.  I'll certainly defer to those more  steeped in SASS history !

It would appear from Mr. Younger's  post that our mascot does  , indeed , have a name !

             Thank you Cole !

Howdy!

     I call him Marshal Law.

I always thought that was his name!

Why are the steel Marshal targets called "Harpers?"

Thank you Keystone for clarifying the name difference!  Marshall is always a given name.  Marshal can be both the title (i.e. Marshal Dillon, etc.) OR a given name.  My alias is actually my father's given name, Marshal W. Hill, and I have a friend at church who is also Marshal (with one l, kinda like Bob with one o).  We're not sure whether my dad was named after Marshal Foche (Field Marshal of the French Army in WWI) or my grandparents couldn't spell!  Using the wrong spelling drives me crazy.  In the opening scenes of "Tombstone", when they pan the street as the Earps walk down the boardwalk, the camera hits the "Marshall's Office", OUCH!
