SHOOTIN FOX
Absolutely relevant. I make and sell the Barnstormer. 130 gr, hollow base, .452 bullet for light .45 loads with 45cs brass. Same principle applies. Low pressure seals the hollow base in the rifling to prevent blowby. Less fouling and more speed with light loads. 2E005F2E-5EC0-4767-90BF-1B54EF318AAE.MOV
Pulp, SASS#28319
Probably the only x-rays of a Minie Ball injury. I don't recall the story, but most likely involved an accident with a Civil War era weapon. Makes you understand why back in the old days, the only cure was amputation. Utah Bob #35998
So a 12 ga slug is dangerous and so was a minie ball. Who knew?

If I remember correctly it was a hunting accident. I don't recall the details.
