That's good news as a general RKBA item but remember, until every state passes this, don't travel from state to state without your home state's carry permit.

Nothing against these States for passing these "laws", However, it should be remembered that the right to keep and bear arms is not about walking around with a sidearm unchallenged but about the right to keep ANY WEAPON to protect ourselves from an oppressive Government. It isn't about protecting ourselves from criminals on the streets of our cities and towns. It is about protecting ourselves from the criminals that violate our Constitution.

Actually, the Second Amendment is also about “bearing arms” as much as “keeping” them!!  How we decide to carry or even to not carry is, and should be, up to us, the law abiding, legal citizens.  It should DEFINITELY NOT be at the whim of some elected nitwit, or worse, some appointed bureaucrat!!

We are therefore responsible for defending ourselves from common garden variety street criminals as well as government sanctioned criminals!!  The Second Amendment guarantees our right to do both!
