WINCHESTER M-24 SxS 12 ga. SOLD!!!

Recommended Posts

Pards:

EDIT!  Price is lowered to $650.00.

I am going to use my Winchester M-1897 for SASS shooting this year.

So I reckon I could sell my M-24 for some match travelling money.

12 gauge with 23-1/4"" barrels.  I was asking $750.00.

Never seen any 24 with a straight stock.

Is that OEM, from Winny?

OLG

I never noticed until you mentioned this.  I have two.  The one made in 1952 has a pistol grip and the one made in 1950 has the straight stock.  They are both stock.

I just got the 1950 one this past Saturday.

Yours is much prettier than mine.

I'm very sure that the straight stock is original.  The checkering on the forearm and the buttstock are identical.

I bought it a few years back from the Cabela's Gun Library.

They had another at the time that had some beautiful engraving, but it was a lot more money.

Let's try $650.

I could include shipping charges(?).

Yer gonna shoot a 97?

Gadzooks what is the world coming to???

Good looking shotgun.  Were I in the market I would be very tempted.  But right now I focused on getting the gold dust together for a 73 and pair of Rugers in 45 Colt.  And the associated reloading stuff so I can load 45 colt on my 650.

Grizz:

It's real good to hear from you, Pard.  I'm glad you made it through the winter (if it's really over)!

I did a swap yesterday getting a new Henry H001 and cash for the M24.

So it's off the market.  I have to fix the title to the post now.

Your SE-NE Pard,

Mustang
