The material is heavy and there is a dark color on the rear side. The suspender buttons are metal and the back of the pants sport a nice belt and buckle which can be worn inside or out. Length from top to bottom is 42" inches. In-Seam is 27" Waist is 43" Leg Opening at the bottom--18" See the three pictures attached.
