I was just a lowly enlisted man but there were more than a few ring knockers in the nuclear field. But not all of the grads of the aforementioned illustrious school of higher knowledge were that way. We had a division officer that someone told me that he was a grad of said institution. He was leaving to go to another duty station and as I was saying goodbye I mentioned that I heard a vicious rumor about him being a grad. He said that it was true and I said that I would not have thought that he was. He asked why and I said because he was not an a**hole. He laughed and I said my goodbye.
