My pa, Blue Boy SASS 46773, was the oldest active shooter in SASS for over 10 years, He was born in 1919. He is no longer able to shoot but he's sitting right here as I message and read y'alls posts. His family was a supporter of the ladies in the picture, him not so much.

Well, I would walk right up to that group of ladies and explain the phenomenon of “beer goggles” and that is why men drink.

I am pretty sure I could outrun them. :P

Wouldn't surprise me if pro liquor people actually made that.

Also wouldn't surprise me if it was from a movie, because at least one of those women looks familiar.  The one pointing up to the sign kinda looks like aunt bea to me, but I don't think that's her.  There was another actress who looked a lot like aunt bea though.

Searched image on Google;

credit under photo says:

“Lips that Touch Liquor Shall Not Touch Ours,” film still mocking teetotalers, produced in Thomas Edison’s studio, c. 1895. © The Art Archive at Art Resource, NY.

Also, the slogan of the U.S. Anti Saloon League...making it ironic for it to appear here.

Also good for chuckle, when the O.P. is compared with this 2005 posting:
