Ice has built up on tall buildings and sometimes lets go and falls. A few unlucky folks have been killed. Almost comical but dead is dead. One fella had a black plastic milk crate over his head. Yes Ive heard of hardhats and all sorts of helmits are on the market.... So the news reporter said we need a new hat. And for once I agree. Any ideas on the design of the 'ICE HAT'? And just because it was out of Chicago, some sort of Chicago or windy city twist would be appropriate. I sort of admire the milk crate idea...cheap available and fairly useful, I guess. Of course a Bears football helmet is a first guess. So far this winter has claimed my windshield and car battery. But Im doing pretty well at keeping the squirrels out of the bird feeder. I bet one day I had near fifty birds.... Hat...ICE HAT if you will. Maybe a helmet with a big spike on it??? Best CR all hep appreciated..... Attach the crate to the hardhat with bungee cords. Sort of a big shock absorber. Add sports logos as desired. Or a SASS decal, what the hey....
