Congress is preparing to vote on H.R. 8 as early as next week. This is Barack Obama’s so-called “universal background check” bill on steroids. It will BAN private gun sales. It will make it a crime for you to even hand a gun to another person. It will pave the way for NATIONAL GUN REGISTRATION. And it will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to stop crime. NOTHING. Not one damn thing. To defeat this bill, I need you to take two immediate actions: ACTION: Call your U.S. Representative at 202-224-3121 and tell them to defend your Second Amendment rights and VOTE NO on H.R. 8. Call today! And call again next week! Nancy Pelosi became Speaker of the House last month she vowed to make gun control a top priority.
