Introduced yesterday, House Bill 0888 by Representative Daniel Didech (D-Buffalo Grove), authorizes the Illinois State Police to search your social media accounts. Either for a current Firearm Owner's Identification Card application, or a previously issued card to see if there is any information that may disqualify a person from owning firearms.

 

Can anybody say 4th Amendment, possibly 5th Amendment issue?

 

And there will be more. They have only been in session just over a week.
