What - it's past its expiration date? Walmart corporate policy is to heavily discount any merchandise that has not sold after a certain number of days. Used to be if you were observant you could buy firearms at a heavy discount if they had been in the display case longer than X number of months. No idea if that policy is still in effect or not.
