Well at least they are willing to work with the users of the range. We lost a private range here because the owner cannot afford to fight a neighbor that also happens to be a lawyer.

 

Bullets found at a landfill doesn't even qualify as circumstantial in my book. Landfills are magnets for illegal target practice.
