Sixgun Sheridan
One of my fondest memories from my youth was when it snowed heavily one weekend soon after Christmas and I went into the forest near my house with my new Ruger 10/22 rifle. The trees were all weighed down with snow and I had to scrape it away from the stump I usually set my tin cans on. Everything was dead quiet, and even the shots from my .22 rifle were extremely muffled. If someone else had been in those woods I doubt they would've even heard me shooting until they were in sight of me. I had such a fun time that I wanted to do it again, but it never snowed like that again and that entire forest has since been clearcut and replaced with homes. Buffalo Creek Law Dog
The nice thing about winter, is that you can always get your choice of a picnic table at the park.

J-BAR #18287
Methinks UB and Big Sage are secretly enjoying the snow. I’m enjoying the photos. Keep’em coming guys, all I have to endure for the next few days is rain and rush hour traffic in Little Rock while we take care of our 4 year old grandson for a few days. This is bypass 430 at 5:00 PM, doing about 5 MPH in drizzle. I’ll trade you!
Noz
If the traffic is that bad in Little Rock, just imagine how bad it would be in a civilized area.
