If a resident of the home has a charge resulting in firearms prohibition, temporary or permanent, no guns in the house, even under lock and key. I was storing a buddies firearms for a couple of years, after his son came to live with he and his wife, after the son had some bogus three year old incident reported to the Legal System, by his X-live-in. and had a prohibition order filed on him.
