When we would get in service I would announce to the dispatcher that the geriatric car was in service for calls. There would be silence before she would put us in service. However, Aspirin is in the same category of drugs as Ibuprophen, Aleve, Celebrex... They are all Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). I have taken them in my eyes with Benadryl or no problems. I refuse to take Tylenol. Mostly I "tough it out." So maybe I could start the "Tough it Out" chapter.
