In California, gun control fails once again

California continually fails to provide protection to its citizens and enthusiastically tries to prevent them from protecting themselves.  Does anyone else smell a rat here??  The government fails to protect its population, thus shirking primary responsibility. 

 

Shouldn’t the people who run that government be held responsible, both civily AND criminally??
