Ima offering a Howell 45 colt conversion for a 1858 Remington.

 

Note I used an Arkansas stone on both ends (see the shine on both ends).

 

I have always encountered these a tad long.  Hone check, Hone Check, a little bit goes a long way.  I know this.  Set up for a brand new Pietta.

 

Note I indexed the hole what has no bullet in it.  Easy enough cleaned off if you no likey.
