MBFields
Am thinking will sell my cc 93/97. As is not legal for main sass matches sits in safe. Bought because it is unique and like cc's guns a lot, also thought worth hanging on to for possible collector. But have changed thinking and going to try and sell. This is unique as cc inscribed "coyote cap prototype" and the date on the bolt. Date is hard to read in pic, will try to get better pic posted. Not giving away though. if anyone has read on caps sight or handled one these are built like tanks. Very smooth and fast. $975, for now. If you feel like making a reasonable offer will discuss. Open to trade offers on cas guns. Also would like you to feel free to offer what you think should be selling for, then we can go from there. July Smith
Maybe an ignorant question, but why are these not SASS legal? I have been keeping my eye out for a 97 because my sister wants one.
Dutch Nichols, SASS #6461
this model has a larger ejection port, so at that time SASS said it wasn't as "safe" as a 97. So the ban. I think the real issue was the larger port was thought of as a benefit to the shooter. I may be wrong though.
MBFields
The port was the issue.

MBFields
To clarify the committee thought the extra notch above the port was the issue not the port itself, sorry for that.
