I tried removing the pin on the wheel axle to remove the wheels and it did not budge. Any trick I need to do to remove the wheels? Thanks, DC I tried their Web page and no luck.

Diamond Curly,

Like TL says push in on the center of the wheel hub while pulling out on the wheel

Bought  an RG cart in February and had the same trouble getting the wheel off.The hub had come apart internally called the company and I was told that they had received a batch bad wheels from their supplier.

They sent  a new wheel on warranty.

Thanks for the information. Went back to the shed and off they came. All four bolts holding the frame together had lost all the nuts. Now I can replace all of them at one time. They must not use locking nuts on these bolts. Glad I saw one missing before the cart fell apart. DC

There are four bolts that connect the main frame together.

OK-I have an early first generation cart. No frame bolts.

Just looked at the RG site, and looks like they have changed the wheel design.

I have a lot of practice with that type of axle release...They are the kind we now use the wheelchairs...Use to take the wheels off and kick frame in back seat...

Where are these bolts located on the frame?

My RG cart has no such bolts.
