I take it you disagree? Why?

Let's talk about it. That's what this forum is for, isn't it?

Why should anyone be exempt from any law, if it's a good law? All I see is corrupt politicians who don't have to obey laws the put on us. Government officials and employees who think they're better than you and me and shouldn't have to follow the laws we do.

Do you see it differently? Tell me why.

I was not responding to YOUR post, but to the OP.

And I do not disagree with your post at all.

The hypocrisy of some lawmakers, yea most if not all lawmakers who are anti- 2A is astounding. The OP's title of "Do as I Say Not as I Do" fits the anti-gun class of lawmaker's hypocritical ideology and practice 100% yet again as evidenced in the article to which the OP linked.

You have obviously missed much of my commenting in the Team SASS wire threads over the years. ;)

Yes Tell, that is in part what this form is for - as long as it is done in the manner you two did it, "civilly" and I commend you both for that.

Yes Dan, the hypocrisy of some lawmakers regarding the Second Amendment is astounding.  Especially when they want to remove our right to keep and bear arms; but use that very same right themselves for their protection with armed guards or concealed carry because of their thinking that they are more important than we are.

Gentlemen, this is part of the reason we fight so hard to maintain our rights, why we must educate everyone on those rights.  Oliver North has ask that we recruit one (1) new member each to the NRA.  I think we should amend that request to:"We recruit one (1) new member each to the NRA while strongly encouraging them to vote to protect our Constitutional Rights".  One thing that has not been mentioned in all the media including FOX & NRA TV is the fact that the Senate is still sitting on a UN Treaty signed by John Kerry which would effectively gut our Second Amendment rights.  Imagine if you will a Democratically Controlled Senate with their current Socialist mind set.  How long do you think it would take for them to ratify that UN Treaty?   Once ratified, how long do you think it would take them to strip you of your guns and the rest of your rights?  Understand that their extremest branches do not believe in civil discourse and would love nothing better than for that to come to pass.

Just my opinion for what it's worth.

The article says that the offender used to be a model.

Here in the South we have an expression that is spoken many times:

"That girl is as ugly as a mud fence. Bless her heart."

I do believe she modeled ski masks.
