I did not believe there is such a thing as a Cayuse helicopter. Possibly there's a Paiute, and whoever made this meme misheard. Military helicopters are named after Indian tribes. A cayuse is a horse.

there is actually a good thing about this damn merging of posts. I double tapped, it merged my two posts, and I could just edit the post and delete the extra posting. if it had not merged the two posts, I would have had to report one of the posts to a mod

It is the name of the dog. Based on the lyrics of the original song, the references later on for other items demonstrate the name Bingo must refer to farmer's dog. But the question made me look; the more basic song does leave ownership of the name up for interpretation. From:
