Grampaw Willie, SASS No.26996 Posted June 9, 2018 Share Posted June 9, 2018 Article 40 of the Articles of the Barons aka "The Great Charter" reads Quote Nulli vendemus, nulli negabimus, aut differemus, rectum aut justicam in recent language it reads "To no one will we sell, to no one will we refuse or delay, right or justice. cases like this a particularly troubling because for many of us the necessary legal proceedings are cost prohibitive. in this case it would seem to me the gentleman involved still had time to effect whatever disposition he might have liked regarding his other items. this incident should be reviewed, and promptly. it is alltogether improper for government to impose the arbitrary or unrestricted use of power against its own citizens. it's called tyranny. remembering that 2A has now been incorporated: did this fellow have anything that would be classified as a Class 3 destructive device under Federal Law ? Subdeacon Joe Posted June 9, 2018 Share Posted June 9, 2018 This is exactly what the totalitarian socialists in Sacramento want - laws so vague, so Byzantine, so draconian, and so numerous that complying is impossible, and that attempting to comply will likely result in the otherwise law abiding citizen breaking the law.
