California expands Medicaid and calls it Medi-Cal and I have news for you, illegals have been getting free and subsidized healthcare for decades in California and many other states. That medical plan is called the "Show up at the Emergency Room and get care that you will never have to pay for" plan. It has been going on since the early 80's and states quietly fund some of it. You're right about them showing up at E.R. for free medical care. This way the insurance company will get the government to pay for it and they get their share of the profit.
