Captain Bill Burt Posted April 4, 2018 Share Posted April 4, 2018 For sale is an 1873 Taylor's Uberti in .357 action job by Jim Bowie at the Cowboys and Indians store. It has a 5th gen kit, action work, 18 inch half octagon, half round barrel, straight stock, target crown and lever wrap. The rifle has the usual scratches and dings with some bluing wear around the muzzle and some dulling of the CC hardening on the receiver. It was 3 years old when I bought it from Preacher Kid. Since then my Buckeroo has shot it in maybe a dozen matches and lost interest in CAS (sad). It's mechanically sound and runs fine. I paid $1200 plus shipping, I'll take $1100 plus shipping. It comes with EITHER the cut down stock pictured on it, or the original stock pictured next to it. First I'll take it posted here gets it.
