Yes, this film was the first all "small people" western.

I've watched The Terror of Tiny Town a number of times.  It has everything that makes a good B-Western - except a train robbery and an Indian attack.   My son and I enjoy it immensely.   The women folk, not so much.

I don't like the musical numbers. And I've read suspicions that it wasn't all midget. That several of the supporting cast were actually children wearing fake facial hair.

 

Regardless, I like the movie.
