Gun ban for young adults would be wholly unconstitutional

If they are too irresponsible to buy a firearm this it stands to reason they are not responsible enough to poses a drivers license, or join the military and be held accountable for millions of dollars of complex machinery or use a firearm in defense of our country. AND they are most definitely incapable of voting.
