We are shipping now 1 capper per day in average and this trend is increasing since few months. I think I was one of the first ones in Ohio. Very well made, works flawlessly and always draws attention at the loading table! May your success continue. Today we received first order from Louisiana state! Thank you very much. I hope other states where we still do not have Customers will start soon. It will be great day for me when I will see that we will be present in every state in US. Will see how long it takes. Now I have checked in Polish Post tracking system and your capper left Poland 8th of May and I am sure it is already many days in US. I think since 10th of May it is in US. Normal delivery time is c.a. 2 weeks but sometimes US post office delays the delivery even 20 or 30 days. Please contact your local post office, use your tracking number and ask them where is your capper and why they do not deliver it to you yet. It should speed up delivery. We have 100% delivery rate and therefore you will receive it but all depends on US Post Office efficiency. We know that sometimes it takes 7-10 days for whole delivery process and sometimes 30 days. Depends on US Post. Here in Poland our post office works super fast and they send out our shipments to US within 2-3 days then US Post Office take over and sometimes the delays occur, this is beyond our control zone, only you can influence US Post Office to be more responsive. We cannot help here any more, you can wait more time or act and call them (this is what we recommend). Here it is: Please notice that there is 5 cappers in Hawaii which is not marked on this map. Moreover if there is more than one capper sold to certain City is shown as one mark on this map. Maybe you are interested how Poland looks like: Here below is our Customers base in Poland. Please notice that if i.e. in Warsaw we sold 31 cappers then only one pin is visible on this map.
