The Lt Governor of Georgia said that if Delta Airlines does not reinstate its relationship with the NRA then he will kill their tax breaks.  Delta is headquartered here in Georgia.  Currently they are seeking a $40 million tax break

It is not just the Lt Govorner. The tax bill has to pass the Georgia Senate which has a Republican majority.

Because of how Airlines divvy up airports, ramp space, hanger space, and gates it is virtually impossible for Delta to relocate. They might move their corporate offices but relocating their hub and associated operations would take years of planning. Just relocating their corporate offices would cost a heck of a lot more than $40 million. About the only way they could relocate their hub is to build their own airport

"We felt that it was wrong for them to single out one company," said Chuck Hufstetler, chairman of the state's Senate Finance Committee. Delta (DAL) on Saturday announced that it would end discounted rates for National Rifle Association members.

Hufstetler told CNN on Monday that if the airline does not reverse its stance on the NRA soon, he and others will push for the tax break to be stripped from the bill. The bill still needs to pass the Senate before it can be signed into law.

If Delta holds its ground, he added, "I don't think [the bill] will pass as it is."

The bill was until recently on track to earn approval from lawmakers.

Saw this on another web sight...

According to CNN, in open letters posted Friday, gun control group Everytown for Gun Safety and their subsidiary, Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense, demanded that Roku — along with Apple, Google and Amazon — stop carrying NRATV on their streaming platforms.

While the other three companies didn’t respond officially, Roku did. Their message, in TL;DR form: if you don’t like NRATV, don’t watch it.

TL

They said it very well...if you don't like it don't watch it...Your choice, change the station...

I would like to shake that man's hand.  Finally, someone with guts.

Casey Cagle and Nathan Deal are shady politicians that have used their positions for unethical, personal profit. There's no guts to either of these two. They're both pandering, and govern based on their personal interest or public polling. I am not alone in regarding either as a POS.  There are far more honorable men than these two for the Republican party in Georgia.

I just wrote Delta a nice letter. Told them my family is retired and current military, as well as retired and current law enforcement, and they have been told to AVOID any Delta flights regardless of costs. And I will gladly pay the difference.
