Rye Miles #13621 Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 Indians vs Reds........Reds won 6-4 While these games mean nothing it sure was nice to watch a little baseball from beautiful Goodyear, Arizona!! Quote
Wild Will Bartell Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 FINALLY!!! Woo-Hoo!!! Too bad the Indians had to give up Chief Wahoo in order to get the ASG in’19. Correct me if I’m wrong, but to my knowledge the only group who was offended was led by some attorney in Toronto back in ‘16 when the Indians played the Blue Jays in the playoffs. Quote

Yea him and a whole bunch of white liberals!!! Very few Native-Americans are opposed to the Chief. The owner caved, there's a huge percentage of Indians fans really peeved off about this including me! Quote
Wild Will Bartell Posted February 24, 2018 Posted February 24, 2018 I’m betting any Chief Wahoo logo stuff is bringing a premium now on the internet. Quote

Not quite yet, the Indians will still use the Chief, in a limited way, until 2019! Then the prices will soar! Buy your Chief Wahoo stuff NOW!! Quote

Unfortunately, I haven’t made it to Cleveland yet. Quote

How’s that for a nightmare? Quote

Sixgun Seamus Posted February 25, 2018 Posted February 25, 2018 Hey Rye, How about this bat! I'm not sure but I think I got it when they were the Canton Akron Indians at Thurman Munson Stadium in Canton. (before they were the Akron Rubber Ducks) I remember going to games there with Jim Thome on first, Charley Nagey on the mound and Albert Bell in the outfield. Quote
