Check out the schedule of events below. The train robbery will be amazing, DONT MISS OUT. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS SEPTEMBER 2018. THURSDAY September 20, 2018 3PM TO 5PM- EARLY REGISTRATION Camping area open FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 21st 2018 7:00-8 Registration 7:30 Posse Marshall Walkthrough 8:00- MANDATORY SHOOTER SAFETY MEETING 8:30- 5 MAIN MATCH STAGES LUNCH (provided) AFTER MAIN MATCH STAGES I hope to see you there Howlin Wolf 1:30pm- 3:00pm - SIDE MATCHES 4:15 Load up and head to Heber, UT 45 min drive (Transportation is NOT provided but car pooling will be greatly appreciated). 5:30-6:30PM- Dinner at the Train Station/Side Match Awards. The Heber Valley will provide a sit down dinner under the pavilion which includes BBQ meat (pulled pork and beef brisket), beans, potatoes, coleslaw, and rolls. Soft drinks and bottled water are also included. A dessert of a premium cookie or other great pastry is included. 6:40-7pm Gunfight at the Train Station. Old West Gunfight at the depot prior to boarding. 7pm Load up on the Heber Creeper and head out for a 90min train ride Train Ride. Three Private Coaches - Three coaches can seat 120 - 150 people. The ride includes: Approximately 90 minute round trip train ride from the Heber City Depot to the Decker Bay siding (Deer Creek Reservoir), and back to the Depot. Concession Car will be open selling snacks, etc. (for a charge) On board Train Robbers will provide entertainment and music along the ride.
