I like curling, biathlon, and luge/skeleton, myself.  I gave up on figure skating when they took the "school figures" out.  Now it's just more ice dancing.

Biathlon. Anybody who’s done cross country skiing knows how hard it must be do expend that much energy with the gross muscles and then instantly try to ramp it down for precision shooting.

I am disappointed that there are still no reindeer events. Just seems wrong.

Reindeer events?

I agree about the biathlon. I never really thought about it until I tried cross country skiing a few years back.

I forgot all about the biathlon but they never show it at regular hours, NBC doesn't want you to see shooting of any kind!

Summer games have equestrian events. Winter games need ungulates, sez I.

So far I seem to be enjoying this more than the Sochi games for some reason.

I watched that.  Those people are insane.  The look on his face as he waited for the results from the run by Parrot was priceless.  Well done, sir.

If you have cable, check out NBCSN, they had biathlon and curling on tonight.

I watched a whole crapload of commercials last night. They did show a bit of the Olympics in between! I paused the DVR for like 45 min. and still spent more time FF thru commercials than watching the Games. Pitiful. NBC's coverage continues to be a joke.

I hate snow.

Most people who hate snow enjoy watching other people in it.

I watched Biathalon this morning on NBCSN.

It’s on NBC this afternoon.

The biathalon was on last night, loved it!

I love watching the Olympics. My daughter really enjoys watching the Figure Skating and such. So if I can sit there and enjoy something with her I will do it.

I just think it is neat to be able to see something different. Always impressed at the Speed Skaters, Skiers, Snowboarders..

Go Team USA!

Australians know how to ski?

Only an A and an L separate them from the Austrians. They both like beer.

No crocs or roos in Austria though.
