We all the shooters you observed HAD money.... At least until they till they started CAS. Good deals can be had. just hang in there and be patient. All fun hobbies are expensive. Biggest difference is that when I bought a my Harley I could take out a loan. Unfortunately the banker laughed at me when I said I wanted a loan to start Cowboy Action Shooting. Being hooked on SASS and having money are contradictory. Count on being poor for as long as the addiction lasts. But also count on having more fun than you ever imagined. I speculated that some student had a rich father. I was told that the Porsche owner worked two full time jobs for five years.
