Howdy,

One day my grandma was going somewhere for a family thing.

Somehow she ended up in my car.

I asked if she would like to see it really run.

She said yes very much.

I drove over to a little used stretch of road.

Pulled a smoking hot 4500 rpm holeshot burnout.

Grandma had a huge smile and said that was amazing.

afaik no one in the family ever heard about it.

Best

CR

The man standing on the right is my maternal grandfather, John Windlinger.

(I don't know who the guy is that's holding the shotgun and dead cat.)

John Windlinger was a leather smith.  This is a picture of one of Grandpa's saddles.

The 10mm, the .40S&W, .45ACP and 380ACP performed similarly.

This is what happens when you child has a "craplosion" at church, it runs all up their back and onto the seat, and there are no pullups or spare clothes in the van; only daddy's spare shirt...

Cant rotate this for some reason... this happened just before he turned 3, sometime back. He's about to turn 4 now.

Saw that happen to an aircrewman during a flight once. Had to abort the mission because the smell made everyone very nauseous. Took a long time before he was able to shake his new nickname.
