Irish Pat Posted October 17, 2017 Share Posted October 17, 2017 I plan to order a Kirkpatrick butt cover for my SKB. They list only two sizes one for the Stoewers and one for the TNN hammer shotgun. I just call up Kirkpatrick and talk to Rachel (I think that is her name) and she sends me the right one. One thing I have found is on some of the 200E version SKB's I have the pistol grip is rounded and more squared off on others. Got rid of my model 100's years ago so cannot recall if that was the case on them or not. Sometimes the butt covers fit very loosely and sometimes very tight. OTOMH I don't remember which was which. Have no idea if the buttstock was changed by somebody but they are noticeably different. If they are too loose I just put a piece (sometimes two) of suede under the cover and tighten the laces securely. Have not yet had one come loose in a match.
