Abilene Slim SASS 81783
I'm watching the Chiefs/Houston game. JJ Watt suffered a severe knee injury and had to be carted off the field, which is understandably a huge loss to the team worthy of some coverage. But do they have to broadcast loading him into an ambulance for a ride to the hospital? Seems to me that's a private moment that the public isn't entitled to see. Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
Loading into the ambulance doesn’t bother me. Showing the bone breaking hit from 10 angles is ghoulish.

Lead Friend, SASS #53635
Dave Dravecky was a pitcher for the Giants back in the late 80s. He got cancer his throwing arm. I don't remember all the details but after extensive treatment he worked his way back. A few games into his comeback he threw so hard he broke the humerus on a pitch in the middle of the game. In a full stadium the snap was deafening. The local news played that tape over and over and over again. I'll never forget it.
Linn Keller, SASS 27332, BOLD 103
I've seen such hits too many times when working high school football games as a paramedic. Don't need to see it on the tube.
Colorado Coffinmaker
Same same the guy who broke is ankle on Sunday. I think keeping the camera on a guy hurting so bad he is in tears is cruel.

Tascosa, SASS# 24838
Since we have stopped watching the NFL in my house I've been spared that gruesome sight. Maybe next year, but not watching the overpaid whinies hasn't bothered me as much as I thought.
Abilene Slim SASS 81783
I'd forgotten about Theisman. Wow that was just awful. I didn't see the game where Beckham broke his ankle and was carted off. But they sure showed it a lot as a "highlight" during Chiefs & Texans. I think the whole thing is cruel.
