I lost several friends on the FDNY that day. Members of the Rescue teams. As a pro in the fire service they had a ride along program. I participated for many years before 2001. Last time was in June 2001. Haven't been back to NY since. A few bad memories.

I was sitting in my recliner drinking my morning cup of coffee watching Good Morning America and thinking about my trip to Wyoming the next morning antelope hunting when I saw the first plane hit. I thought it was a promo for some upcoming movie at first, then I REALIZED this was for real! I'll never forget that moment!

What baffles me is the mountains of evidence we have showing that Saudi Arabia helped fund the attack, but nothing happened because we rely so heavily on them for oil. Talk about holding your nose...
