Abilene Slim SASS 81783
I've been re-watching the "Justified" series and noticed the bad boys like Boyd, the corrupt sheriff & others use Beretta M9s. The good guys like Raylan, Tim and other LEOs use Glocks. Raylan used a 1911 in the first episode of season 1, but thereafter carries a Glock. I wonder if the script writers and armorers for the show did that deliberately?
Pat Riot
Ha! That's funny. Other shows I have seen the good guys have Beretta's and the bad guys have Glocks...I just can't remember which ones... NCIS they all carry SIGS (in the show) and the bad guys always have Glocks. I guess it just depends on the show. In Criminal Minds I saw that the FBI uses Glocks (true) and the bad guys would be the 1911 and Beretta toters. EXCEPT for Spencer Reid. He carries a revolver: The Smith and Wesson model 65 Reid is the coolest!
Dantankerous
Die Hard 2. Bad guys carried Glocks. Good guy carried Beretta 9mm. Well, sort of. They were "Glock 7s... made in Germany and they could not be detected by airport x ray machines..." Lethal Weapon... good guy carried Beretta. I have carried a Colt Commander for the last 20 yrs. All metal, no plastic. Never had a jam or a problem and put lots of rounds through it.
