Col Del Rio
I'd like to get better sights for my rifle. I need something easy to adjust. And recommendations for replacements? Thanks all, Colonel Del Rio
John Barleycorn, SASS #76982
Slicks flat top sight from Marbles and the Sure Hit front sight are a great set up for the Uberti
Major Crimes
I had a smith grind my buckhorn sight flat on my Uberti 1866 and fitted the large Sure Hit to the front. I love it

Cypress Sam, SASS #10915
A large bead front sight like the Sure Hit or the Grabber is great. A lot of folks like a flat-top rear sight for reasons that escape me completely. I've tried them and find myself consistently shooting high when trying to shoot fast. (Most anything works if you go slow.) For me the best back sight is a full buckhorn with the insert removed and the sight used as a "ghost-ring." Some say that the buckhorn blocks their view, but I shoot with both eyes open and have never found that to be the case.
Colorado Coffinmaker
You included the Caveat: "Easy to Adjust." None of the Dovetail Mount slid sights are "easy to adjust" for windage. Elevation is dead simple.
Fast Tracker
I don't like spending more than I have to (I'm cheap). I took the dimple out of a used primer, polished it and used JB weld to attach it to the front sight. I use the semi-buckhorn rear sight as a ghost ring. The primer has been on the front sight for about five years with no problem. If it's easy to adjust it's also easy to move accidentally.
Prairie Dawg, SASS #50329
I like this one from Track of the Wolf. Have it on many of my rifles and a Grabber on the end of the barrel. Great sight picture for CAS --Dawg https://www.trackofthewolf.com/Categories/PartDetail.aspx/882/1/RS-PM-
