Florida has a daily bag limit of 2 AT&T trucks.   Male or Female.

4 and 6 wheel...... any caliber

Anything more than 6 wheel..... 35 caliber or greater.

Pistol:  must have 4" barrel length or more.

Rifle:   any legal barrel length.

SUPPRESSORS:   optional at owners discretion.

EDIT:  the local sheriff, who owns a large quantity of stock in COMCAST, stated they were looking into the matter as an accidental discharge of a firearm... ;)

And at best, the home owner may get cited for noise pollution, which is a  $10 fine and a dozen donuts.

..........Widder

ATT- All Terrain Target. Owner just thought it was a mobile range. Jeesh! Guess he forgot to pay the range fees.

It's Hialeah. Nothing surprises me. I had a friend from the police academy who worked for Hialeah PD. The stories he told......

And that guy on the cell phone should been hiding behind a house!!

"Charges are pending"

And there will be a bunch of 'em.

Doesn't matter. Discharging firearm in the city limits, vandalism, and a bunch of other charges plus the video will be impossible to beat. Of course there' always the psych evaluation.

In my previous life, I had to deal with AT&T when a vehicle knocked over a power pole.  The electric company would be there pretty quickly.  AT&T would drag their feet and take forever to show up.  Often the lines would be blocking the road causing officers to be tied up redirecting traffic.  I took a fire axe to a  big fat fiber optic cable when they couldn't give me an acceptable ETA.  Chopped that thing in half and threw both ends out of the road.  They really hate fixing those things.

Way I heard it, the fella calling 911 was up in the bucket.  He didn't have a lot of good options other than to not draw attention to himself.

He came strolling out of the house,

moving at a pretty good clip.

Then he unleashed the thunder,

of the BIG IRON on his hip!

The man in the bucket

had no place to run.

The man in the street

had a very big gun.

The tires were the first to go,

a couple of headlights went out too.

The crew chief on the cell phone

didn't know what to do.

The Police arrived on the scene

They came from far and near.

They restored the peace

So the neighbors had nothing fear.
