Guilt-Free TV Watching

Recommended Posts

Had shoulder surgery Friday morning and am unable to do anything productive for awhile. I often feel like I should be doing something other than watching the tube so some of my favorite movies go unwatched for long periods of time while I do something useful

Today I watched "The Searchers" and a couple of episodes of "Hickock 45". I've got "In Harm's Way" cued up next, a GREAT yarn if there ever was one. Not sure what I'll watch after that, but I'll think of something.

I'm trying to make the best of a lousy situation and am succeeding so far!  Thanks for letting me ramble. :)

Time for binge-watching some series like Game Of Thrones or Justified or Hell On Wheels or Deadwood or...

I just watched Shane for about the 30th time. I don't know why but I've always loved that movie.

It requires an HBO subscription (free trial for a month), or you can buy or rent it on iTunes, but the Westworld TV series is fantastic. It’s being touted by many as some of the best TV ever produced, and I don’t disagree. But if you start watching it, avoid spoilers and don’t search for info on the show until you’re done watching it.

I enjoyed WW and am looking forward to the next season.

Haven't seen GOT, but need to have a look

Rewatching Justified is on the list. What a great series.

Any self respecting cowboy action shooter, shouldn't forget to add this one to the list.
