They may not want to stay as long as you do. Our Posse Marshal, The (Ornery) Stranger, kicks up a fuss and makes all the shooters stick around to tear down props and help put away steel and shrouding. Failure to do help out will earn you his displeasure.
Your Nemesis
A close match for me is 150 miles from my house. I the match started in the afternoon it would make it easy to get there buy then I would not be getting home till real late. Leave the times in the am but not so early that it makes it difficult for travelers to attend. There are some matches I would like to attend but at 250-300 miles and a 8 am start time it means a motel to shoot.
Chuckwagon McTaggart
Come on up to Fairbanks, Alaska. For our Monthlies, registration is at 1100, shoot at noon. We usually complete 5 stages by around 430 or 5.
