Allie Mo, SASS No. 25217 Posted June 16, 2017 Share Posted June 16, 2017 Hi Folks, On occasion, actually frequently, I see new registrations stuck on Validating. The reason, listed on the Admin site, is that they did respond to an automated verification email. When I see this and they have entered a SASS number, I've started approving them. I think the reason that they might not have responded is that the SASS email is either going to their provider's spam folder or the user's junk folder and they didn't see it. So, if you are new member or guest and did not get a validation email, please check your spam or junk settings or you may not get any future SASS notifications.
