Picked up the Ruger - Screwdriver Bits, Standard 12 Piece Magna-Tip bits with case and 84 Hollow Handle, and an Impact Driver. When I placed the order, I forgot to use the Free Shipping Promo Code (M6T) and was charged $7.95 S&H. I immediately left a VM for Customer Service and described what happened. The following morning I followed-up on my VM and spoke with Dianne @ Brownells and after a few minutes she came back and advised that the Order was too far into the system to enter the Promo Code, so she advised that she would credit back my card for the S&H costs.
