We all know Kalifornia has BS gun laws .

Here is a California company making a ( Kalifornia  ) compliant AR15.

That is Reasonable and Works .

Not a conversion, but a different lower because of the machining needed for that release button.

Poor Californians constantly having to do a 'song-n-dance' to work with a firearm. Anyway, good on the inventor for making a lower to convert an AR to Kali-compliancy.

Ooops - true that - good on the inventor for creating a Kali-compliant lower that can accept normal AR uppers, buttstocks, and such  Guess Californians who are pro-Constitution gotta do what they gotta do....even if it means more 'song-n-dance'.
