Alpo
I have it on good authority that the rebels were well armed.

Wonder if those boys in red were shooting Goez? Well, Patriot's Day is a State Holiday in MA, and is officially held on the third Monday in April.....that's today. The Boston Marathon, and the re-enactments in Lexington and Concord, take place today. LL
Shorty Jack Hammer
On a side note, a pal of mine has done a lot of genealogy research on his family and has discovered an ancestor of his was one of the rebels at Lexington. I thought that was pretty cool.

Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
Methinks the British Regulars did not have proper bayonet training.
Trailrider #896
I've been there, and am taking my grandchildren to the area in July. I wasn't there on the actual dates as my dinosaur was acting up!
Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
It is a long journey from Boston to Concord. If you are wearing a red coat, it could be a very long journey.
Cold Lake Kid, SASS # 51474
Humph! As one who has worn the red tunic and bearskin busby, I am offended. (Buy me a coffee and I'll get over it!)
Church Key, SASS # 33713
My mother grew up in Lexington and an aunt lived there for 93 years. My favorite story is the Patriot (forgot his name) who fought on the Lexington Green, was shot, and died on the doorstep to his house. He is buried in a small cemetery near the Green with several others killed in the fight. They were tough folks who started our great country. Badger Mountain Charlie SASS #43172
Well, I have been known, from time to time, to add some flavor to my coffee, like say a couple of fingers of MacNaughton's. I think that is distilled up your way somewheres.
Cold Lake Kid, SASS # 51474
Bacardi's 8 year would be my choice, but I don't know if you can get it south of the Medicine Line.
