Patterned after the Winchester Model 1886, this rifle has a blued receiver, 26" octagon barrel, 8 shot full magazine, crescent butplate, open sights and is without the top tang safety. Browning built these rifles in 1986 (only) to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Model 1886. Only 7,000 of the Grade 1 models were built. This gun is in like new condition and has had fewer than 40 rounds through it. There are no visible signs of wear or damage to any part of the gun. This is a very fine gun in mint condition.
