Knarley Bob Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 A few things to add.Silk covered elbow and knee pads......won't drag on uniform as much A set of those hard shin protectors for soccer, under the soft shin pads for karate, will stop those sharp elbows from sparring partners. Won't do any thing to harm sparring partner tho........... Try to find a sparring "helmet" that doesn't block vision of sparring partners feet, otherwise she will have to learn sparring with her head tilted. Sparring is the time when you really start to learn, and when karate becomes a blast!!! Boy do I miss those times! YOU GO GIRL!!!!!
