Daily Posted February 11, 2017 Share Posted February 11, 2017 I wonder if the Living Constitution jurist's on the 9th Circus would look favorably on a case filed by the Jeff Sessions Justice Dept. where the state of CA was charged with violating the civil rights of a CA citizen. After all the CA AWB laws clearly don't comply with the meaning of "Common Use" in Heller. Otherwise a citizen plaintiff would have to get arrested and convicted of breaking the law or a mfg. or distributor of MSR's sue CA. Link to comment

I've always viewed most of our anti-civil rights laws as violating the equal protection clause. Link to comment
